Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. References to "jitach", "we", "us", or "our" refer to the jitach platform and its operating entity. References to "you", "your", or "Player" refer to any natural person who has registered, or is attempting to register, an account on the jitach platform at jitach.net.

Headings in these Terms & Conditions are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause. The singular includes the plural and vice versa. References to "writing" include electronic communications sent to [email protected] from the email address registered to a Player's Account.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jitach Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on any game or sports market available at jitach.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, as well as the jitach Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms published at the time of a relevant offer.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jitach. If you do not accept any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not register an Account on the jitach Platform and must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated summary or promotional description of any term, the English text shall prevail. The governing language of the agreement between you and jitach is English.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you further represent and warrant that: (a) you are accessing the jitach Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited; (b) you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person; (c) all information provided to jitach during registration and KYC is truthful, accurate, and current; and (d) the funds you deposit into your jitach Account are from legitimate sources and do not constitute proceeds of crime.

Account Registration and Eligibility

To access the gaming products and services available on the jitach Platform, you must register a personal Account. Each individual person may hold only one Account on jitach. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all Balances and Bonus Funds held in those Accounts.

Eligibility requirements. To register and maintain an Account on jitach, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jitach operates a strict 18+ policy. Underage gambling is illegal, harmful, and absolutely prohibited on the jitach Platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal structure).
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee or contractor of jitach or any of its affiliated game studio partners (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, or others).
• You must not be self-excluded from the jitach Platform or any affiliated gaming platform at the time of registration.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

Identity verification (KYC). jitach reserves the right to request identity and age verification documentation from any Account holder at any time. Mandatory KYC is triggered before a Player's first withdrawal. Accepted verification documents are: (i) Bangladesh National Identity (NID) card — both sides; (ii) valid Bangladesh passport — photo page. jitach may also request proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) or proof of payment method (screenshot of bKash or Nagad transaction history) at its discretion. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until documentation is received and verified.

Account credentials. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jitach Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jitach will treat any instruction or transaction carried out using your Account credentials as having been authorised by you. If you believe your Account credentials have been compromised, you must contact jitach support immediately at [email protected] to request a password reset and, if necessary, a temporary Account suspension.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on the jitach Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jitach does not impose currency conversion fees on any deposit or withdrawal. The accepted payment methods, minimum transaction amounts, and indicative processing times are set out below.

Deposit conditions. All deposits are credited to your jitach Account Balance in Bangladeshi Taka immediately upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. jitach is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues on the part of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank. If a deposit has not appeared in your Account within 30 minutes, contact jitach support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit into the Account, unless that method is no longer available, in which case jitach support must be contacted before initiating a withdrawal to an alternative method. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. jitach reserves the right to apply additional security checks to large or unusual withdrawal requests. The maximum single withdrawal amount and any daily or weekly withdrawal limits will be communicated to the Player via their Account dashboard or by email.

Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of any deposit transaction through your bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment intermediary without first contacting jitach to resolve the matter constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. jitach will immediately suspend any Account where a chargeback is initiated, will pursue recovery of all funds, and will report the matter to relevant payment networks. Any winnings accrued using funds that are subsequently charged back will be forfeited.

Bonuses and Promotions

jitach offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing registered Players from time to time. All bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and tournament prizes awarded by jitach are subject to the specific terms published alongside that promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

General bonus conditions applicable to all jitach promotions:

• Bonuses are available only to registered, verified Account holders aged 18 and above who are in good standing on the jitach Platform.
• Each promotion specifies a minimum qualifying deposit amount in Bangladeshi Taka. Deposits made via certain payment methods may be excluded from qualifying for specific bonuses — this will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are used only after all real-money Balance has been wagered, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiple (e.g., 20x, 30x) of the bonus amount or of the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion. Until the wagering requirement is met in full, Bonus Funds and any associated winnings are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots from certified studios typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at lower rates (e.g., 10%–20%). The contribution rate for each game type is published in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Funds expire if the full wagering requirement is not met within the time period stated in the promotion (typically 7–30 days). Upon expiry, all remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited.
• jitach reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, amend bonus terms with reasonable notice, or disqualify any Player from a promotion who is found to have abused the bonus system (including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies across bonus and real Balance, use of promotional funds in excluded games, or coordinated multi-account bonus stacking).
• A Player may only claim each specific bonus offer once per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

jitach does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus at any specific time. Promotions tied to Bangladesh sporting events (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments) are seasonal in nature and will be published and removed in line with the relevant fixtures calendar.

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

jitach operates a fair-play environment in which all Players access games and markets under the same rules and with the same information. Any conduct that undermines the integrity of the Platform, exploits technical vulnerabilities, manipulates game outcomes, or grants an unfair advantage to any Player or group of Players is strictly prohibited.

The following conduct is prohibited on the jitach Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account on jitach, whether under the same or different personal details, for any purpose including bonus farming, circumventing Account restrictions, or evading a self-exclusion.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any card game, live table game, poker hand, or sports market available on jitach.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting software to place wagers on jitach without human interaction at the time of each bet.
• Match-fixing: Placing wagers on any sporting event in which the Player has direct or indirect knowledge that the result has been manipulated or pre-determined.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through coordinated strategies designed to generate guaranteed profit from Bonus Funds irrespective of game outcome.
• Fraudulent payment activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank account) to fund a jitach Account.
• Money laundering: Using the jitach Platform to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for the purpose of obscuring the origins of illegitimate money. jitach is obligated to report suspicious financial activity and will cooperate fully with relevant authorities.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting any error, bug, glitch, or malfunction in any jitach game or system to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through an exploited error will be voided.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, including name, age, address, or payment method ownership.

jitach employs ongoing monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, jitach will close the offending Account(s), forfeit all Balance and Bonus Funds held, void all related wagers and winnings, and may refer the matter to relevant authorities. jitach's determination in such matters is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in the applicable section.

Account Suspension and Closure

Either you or jitach may close your Account at any time. The conditions and consequences of Account closure differ depending on whether closure is initiated by the Player or by jitach.

Player-initiated closure. If you wish to close your jitach Account, submit a written request to [email protected] from the email address registered to your Account. jitach will process voluntary Account closures within 5 business days. Before closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to your most recently verified withdrawal method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding withdrawal holds are in place. Bonus Funds are not returned on voluntary Account closure.

jitach-initiated suspension or closure. jitach reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Confirmed or suspected violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Initiation of a chargeback or payment dispute by the Player.
• Submission of fraudulent, forged, or unverifiable identity documents.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormant account procedures.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Any other circumstance where jitach determines, in its sole reasonable judgment, that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Players.

Dormant accounts. An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. jitach will attempt to notify the Player by email before applying any dormant Account administration fee. Any such fee will be disclosed to the Player in advance and will be applied monthly until the Balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the Account by logging in and completing any required reverification.

Self-exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from jitach for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanent exclusion via the Account dashboard or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended, all promotional communications will cease, and you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place wagers on jitach. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jitach's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the jitach Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you into your jitach Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jitach shall not be liable to you for any of the following categories of loss, even if jitach has been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data, including loss of betting history or transaction records caused by system outages beyond jitach's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your own failure to safeguard your Account credentials.
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity failures, mobile network outages (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, Airtel BD), or device malfunctions that prevent you from placing, modifying, or cancelling a wager.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on third-party websites, tipster services, or unofficial sources relating to jitach odds or promotions.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature.

jitach makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to Players in advance where practicable. jitach will endeavour to process all pending wagers placed before a maintenance window; however, no guarantee is made that in-play bets or time-sensitive markets will be resolved if a system interruption occurs during live events.

Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jitach operating entity. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through jitach's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction applicable to jitach's operating entity. By registering an Account and accepting these Terms & Conditions, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts for matters not subject to arbitration.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced, to the extent possible, with a lawful provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.

Entire agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the jitach Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jitach with respect to your use of the jitach Platform and supersede all prior representations, discussions, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
